My life purpose is: To Walk in the Path of Awareness.

My life’s work is: To assist people find their voice and to empower individuals to reach their full potential.

In 1999 I first came across the word Life Coaching. I liked what I heard so I signed up for a training to become a Life Coach. I trained with the Coach Institute of Ireland in Dublin and received a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching in 2001. I was on the founding committee of the Life Coaching Association of Ireland (LAI) and received an accreditation from them. Since then the LAI amalgamated with another accrediting body which formed the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland (LBCAI). I am currently accredited as a Practitioner Member with the LBCAI.

Up to this point my employment was in the field of sales. After receiving my accreditation I went for a career change. I decided to leave my job as a Sales/ Merchandiser and followed a career as a Life Coach and I must admit that I have never looked back. This was one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. I had developed a passion for Personal Development and as a Life Coach I am doing the work that I love best. I work with individuals who want to bring about change in their lives and who are willing to allow me assist them on their journey. This can range from career changes, relationship building, developing communication and assertiveness skills, or working towards a certain goal.

I have witnessed some real success stories and as a Coach I feel privileged to have been a part of this. On a personal level I have brought about some profound changes in my own life and I continue to challenge myself. Between 1992 and 1999 I completed 100 skydives, the first three being for charity and the rest for fun. In September 2009 I climbed Kilimanjaro. This was one of the most challenging experiences that I have had physically, emotionally and spiritually and I know for sure that if I can do this so can you.

I decided in Feb 2012 to ride a motor bike. I have successfully passed my test and now ride a Honda Shadow 750cc and go on regular ride outs with other bikers.

I am currently studying at Robbins-Madanes Training.

I have learned the skill of meditation which has taught me how to live in the moment. I enjoy what each day brings, and I get great satisfaction from what life has to offer. I embrace the good with the bad and look for the learning in each experience and every situation. Trudging along is hard work. Lightening up, challenging limiting beliefs, setting goals and getting fulfillment is much easier and can be fun.

I am doing exactly what I want to be doing. I have found the perfect career for myself doing exactly what I love to do. What a way to live. I do believe that this is what life is about. A powerful quote from Gandhi is:

~ Be the Change you want to see ~ "Ghandi"

I do hope for you that you find what it is that fills you with enthusiasm and excitement and that you just go out there and do what it takes to bring about creative positive change.
